About Scarlett and Reiki
Things to know:
Reiki is done one a massage table, fully clothed (minus your shoes). Most often it's done on your back, but my clients are encouraged to move or change position if they are called to.
The massage table can be heated to your liking.
Reiki is a wonderful complementary therapy to any other treatment you may be getting. It is not contraindicated for any conditions.
I offer an oracle card pull at the end of a session. It's a little bit of woo that you might be interested in. It's totally optional!

I have been using therapeutic touch ever since I was a teenager, exchanging back massages with my friends. This touch talent has developed further during my decade and a half of attending births as a doula. In 2021, I was Reiki attuned. Since 2022 I've been offering standalone Reiki sessions in addition to the work I continue to do as a birth doula. I'm consistently delighted to see the depth of relaxation that comes over people during a Reiki session. The most common thing that I hear is that the client feels relaxed, but also focused, and re-energized after a session. If you feel pulled to experience Reiki, I'd love to see you in the studio.
