Here’s what you can expect from infrared sauna sessions.

Towels, Bluetooth, eucalyptus wash cloths and cold filtered water are provided. If you have a preferred water alternative feel free to bring that with you.

Clothing is up to the client’s discretion. The infrared sauna room is private and will only be occupied by the individual(s) identified on the appointment. Please use one of the towels provided to sit on.

The only restriction is that no shoes or socks are allowed in the infrared sauna.

The sauna is equipped with Bluetooth and internal speakers, so you may pair your phone to it and play your preferred music or podcast.

The cedar sauna is naturally antimicrobial and sanitized between uses. The sauna is also equipped with an ionizer and ozone generator used between clients for an added layer of sanitation.
